Used by More Than 45 Specialist Colleges
DatabridgeMiS was originally developed in a Specialist College to facilitate the monitoring and recording of progress in non-accredited Core Skills, (Functional Skills, Independence Skills, Behaviour etc), as well as specific subject skills. DatabridgeMiS can also track, record and evidence progress in accredited programmes and qualifications, and is configured to monitor and track learner achievement of Foundation/QCF Units.
Databridge is a web application built using responsive design to provide helpful accessibility features:
“I have been working with Martyn Maltby and his team since joining WESC in October 2014. When I started at WESC the MIS in place was the desktop version of Databridge, whilst this was/is a robust platform it required updating. Martyn introduced me to the SPA version of Databridge which was in its infancy. Working with Databridge WESC have moved to the SPA version of Databridge. The SPA version is a far more 'user friendly' platform, it allows users to quickly manoeuvre around the required fields, whilst allowing the flexibility of access. Over the last 12 months the SPA version has developed enormously and continues to improve.
The Databridge team are always professionally and ever keen to work with their clients to establish unique features for the user. They respond to queries quickly and always provide a solution. One of the features I was keen to install was the 'one-log'; a single area which combines the care and education logs, encouraging the holistic care of the young person. The Databridge team listened and developed a platform that met our expectations. Another clear advantage are the easy to use reporting systems that allow users to clearly identify key information. I have been very pleased with the service and products provided by Databridge and would happily recommend.”
